Bought products totaling $144.00 on August 7, returned with authorization, their prepaid mail postage, on September 5, they received package September 7th with confirmation. Contacted them on 9/9, 9/20 and 9/27 about the status of my refund, no reply. Contacted the Attorney General State of NY on October 5 with a complaint. Now its October 12, no refund in sight. this is ridiculous!.

EditorsPick does not answer its posted phone number to return calls, even when a customer leaves multiple messages.They only responded today by email because I wrote saying I would contact the Revdex.com and my Attorney General's office on Monday. After 10 days without purchase confirmation or providing a tracking number, they wrote that this product is out-of-stock. This is the second time they have cancelled my order, the first was after I wrote asking them to correct the purchaser/recipient addresses -following multiple emails, they cancelled the order. When I wrote multiple times asking why - they sent an apologetic email saying they had the product & I should call to order again. I did so & paid with a credit card; they said the item would arrive in a few days. Today, the 10th day with no word from the company,they wrote saying it is out of stock & would issue a refund.This was an April gift for my daughter-in-law. EditorsPick should obtain the product from the manufacturer and send it to me; I have paid twice. I wanted the product, not a refund. EditorsPick's ce is nonexistent. They do NOT deserve an A+rating. And Revdex.com, do your job. There are no reviews so how do they get an A+?
