Customer was told as I was leaving that she was to give the carpets at least 3-hours to dry before seeing any results Certain spots on the carpet were extra dirty and therefore extra wet from the cleaning Also she was told that if there were any spots or unusual things about the carpets after they dried that I would come back and take care of them.Customer called about an hour and a half after I left and said that the carpets were dirtier than when I got there and she was hiring another company to come and clean the carpets She wouldn't even give me a chance to fix the issue She immediately demanded a refund I intend to give her a refund but I have not gotten it to her yet She will have her money by Tuesday December 12th
