demolition, we rely heavily on dumpsters to remove our own generated waste and Subsequently we found ourselves waiting on other dumpster companies to either swap out or deliver dumpsters to our various work sites. As Ms. [redacted] has described, waiting for a dumpster or Swap out can get expensive when you are paying Workers to either sit there or handle material twice. There are no companies in this industry that I'm aware of that will guarantee a swap out or delivery time within the same day, let alone within hours. We pride ourselves on a four hour turn around time for the most part but do not guarantee this anymore than anyone else can or will. There are circumstances that come into play that we have no control over traffic patterns, landfill availability or unforeseen breakdowns on equipment, just to name a few, which make this an impossible request. We pride ourselves on professionalism and repeat business with referrals being our best advertisement. In regards to the Porta-Pot rental, she expected it the same day as she ordered it which is practically impossible to provide as the routes are determined prior to the day of delivery based on area of delivery.
We wholeheartedly care about each and every one of our customers needs and concerns as well. As we stated earlier, this is the very reason we started this company so we are more than aware of the frustration of waiting on dumpsters. We have been in business since 1995 and have been a member of the Revdex.com since 2003 and have an exemplary customer service record. We are sorry for the miscommunication with Ms. [redacted] and have discussed this matter with our customer service representative so that this issue does not repeat itself.
On a positive note our customer service representative, having been informed that Mrs. [redacted] was getting multiple dumpsters for a construction project took it upon herself to offer volume discounted construction pricing on her rentals. Mrs. [redacted] did not request the discount, but it was offered to her by our customer Service representative, just one of the many ways that we make every effort to take care of our customers. We would suggest that Ms. [redacted] or anyone else when making a dumpster or porta-pot rental requests in the future, no matter who you are dealing with have it delivered the day before your project starts to avoid this very scenario.
