Ms[redacted] 's air was repaired prior to us receiving this complaint and after receiving it, we went once again and did a thorough inspection of this unit - The claims of mold and roaches are unfounded and have never been reported to the office prior to this complaintOur units are inspected at least quarterly and there have not been issues like these observed during any of her unit inspectionsPest control is provided to the residents and again, Ms [redacted] has never asked for additional services outside of the regularly scheduled ones Ms [redacted] was at no time left without air for monthsUnfortunately, there have been several different issues Ms [redacted] has had with her A/C - we have had to change out several parts such as a control board, a volt wire, we've recharged it, etcThe problems were unrelatedWe even had a professional company come out and inspect the unit and their findings were that the unit was having issues making a connection from inside to outMs [redacted] was made aware of all of these situations and the attempts we were making to get it fixedShe was given a portable A/C unit at the beginning of her A/C troubles and it was not removed until the unit was repairedA fact she failed to mention in her original complaint Please feel free to contact our office should anything further be needed

Ms. [redacted] was at no time left without air for 2 months. Unfortunately, there have been several different issues Ms. [redacted] has had with her A/C - we have had to change out several parts such as a control board, a 24 volt wire, we've recharged it, etc. The problems were unrelated. We even had a professional company come out and inspect the unit and their findings were that the unit was having issues making a connection from inside to out. Ms. [redacted] was made aware of all of these situations and the attempts we were making to get it fixed. She was given a portable A/C unit at the beginning of her A/C troubles and it was not removed until the unit was repaired. A fact she failed to mention in her original complaint.
