They are refusing to talk to me about a denied claim
I have insurance and they are denying coverage for claims for my daughter who had a stroke at birth saying that the tests were investigation tests when in fact they were not investigation tests
I have been in contact with my insurance liaison since March about this issue which is a 3rd party and she is not able to get anywhere with BCBSMy Drhas even requested a peer to peer review in July with BCBS and faxed info to a *** there and has not had any response at allI feel as if they are ignoring my requests and when I call them directly they refuse to talk to me and tell me to call the 3rd party
The company that did the tests wants their money and will only hold the bill another daysI need a response from BCBSThis has gone on long enough I do not know what else to do but file this complaint to get someone to respond to me
