I was very clear that I DO not want to date outside my race. I would have NEVER told anyone that. So who ever shared that information was not hearing me correctly because I asked the lady four times about the African American Male in the company and the lady assured me, they had the clients and because it was so much money, I need to understand the type of caliber of male have that type of money to be in the program. She did share a story about an African American woman who stepped out side her race and fell in love...I told her nice story but I don't want that The lady who took my interview asked me if I ever thought about dating outside my race and I said No and I am not looking into doing that ever I went to an all white school and being in a relationship with a someone of a different race is not something I am interested in doing. I think they wanted my money and hear what they wanted to hear. I would like a refund. At this point if they are willing to give me back 2,back keeping the for the initial fee, I would love that.It is poor customer service knowing that I want a African American man and you can't provide that...I have NEVER DATE OUTSIDE MY RACE AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF DOING IT!!

We are currently working to recruit the types of matches the consumer is
interested in meeting and have a member of our management team reaching out to
go over her concerns in further detail. IJL is able to provide the services under
the terms of them membership agreement and accordingly a refund is not
appropriate.
