Good day! I reached out the customer today and found out that there is a mistake in our websiteThe item she ordered has two valve and what she received is without valveVendor replaced the first item they received but still the item is incorrect and found out that kind of item has been updatedNow customer only got the refund of $and she paid $I will email Isaac to issue refund for the difference of $since the picture in our site is not updatedI will also emai [redacted] to update the photo of the item so this will not happen againIf you have question please let me knowThank you! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I attempted on many, many, many occasions to contact the business to inquire on the status of the order and other information with each and every attempt ignoredI made those attempts by phone, email and social media The order was shipped only after I stated on social media that I did, in fact, file a Revdex.com complaint Then it was shipped the next day from a company that was local in the area I could've driven there days prior and picked it up myself! The order was NOT shipped the day after they received confirmation from my mother that it was legitimate, it took almost days later! Their offer of a 10% discount is useless because I will NEVER use their company again and I will encourage all other caregivers that I talk to over social media and at my support groups in person to never never order from them online When I read the other complaints they have had, I know I'm not alone They are NOT a reputable company and should not have as high of a Revdex.com rating as they do NO this is NOT resolved I understand being secure, but they were unprofessional I am a signer on the account that was used to pay for the order Therefore, I could have and SHOULD have been the one contacted regarding the order!

updated. Now customer only got the refund of $64.67 and she paid $75.42. I will email Isaac to issue refund for the difference of $10.75 since the picture in our site is not updated. I will also emai[redacted] to update the photo of the item so this will not happen again. If you have question please let me know. Thank you! Pearl

order – which was flagged by Fraud Services for the following reasons:   Information Codes MM-IPBST  - IP address inconsistent with billing state; may not be returned when adjacent states  MM-C  - Different billing and shipping cities  MM-A  - Different billing and shipping addresses  MM-Z  - Different billing and shipping postal codes  FREE-EM  - Free email provider   As a retailer, when Fraud Services flags an order, we take the time to reach out to the customer to verify the order.  Apparently, it took a bit of time for our person to reach the customer.  Once, the order was verified, it was shipped and delivered within 1 business day via [redacted] tracking #: [redacted].   While no company is perfect and it’s possible that we made a mistake, however, based on our research, we do not see such.  We are TRULY sorry if the customer believes we failed them.  This was never our intention and we hope the customer understands that we were looking out for their financial wellbeing (ensuring that the order is legit) and ours.    We are happy to offer the customer a 10% on their next order if they so desire.   We wish the customer lots of health.   Sincerely, Meir T.
