Review: Failure to provide us the warranty plan they charged us for at the time of sale. No policy was sent. No policy # was provided. 5 Year Warranty was billed to us on the same invoice as our Sharp Aquos TV. TV was $1629 and 5 Yr Warranty plan called TechProWarranty 5 Years for all Televisions under $2,500 in the amount of $299 was charged. Both of the charges were paid to EdNashWorld. We received the TV, we received no service warranty policy. EdNashWorld told us the warranty plan was the best the ever saw available. It was to be in house service plan. EdNashWorld told us to just go to the TechProWarranty site and register the TV - that is all we had to do. When I did that, I didn't receive anything from TechProWarranty. I called TechPro and after several attempts they told me all I had to do if I experienced a problem was to get a Sharp authorized service provider to give me an estimate and fax it to ###-###-#### and they would pay us for the repair or provide us with another TV. We had problems in early 2012. Never received any call, email, or fax from TechProWarranty. We contacted EdNashWorld and could not raise anyone to help us locate TechProWarranty, or reimburse us for the repair or reimburse us for the original premium of $299. Currently the EdNashWorld phone number I originally had is now being used by some other internet telemarketing group. Beginning to wonder if TechProWarranty and EdNashWorld weren't the same. We are currently having another problem with the TV and just went through the same thing again with TechProWarranty. They have a web site. I sent them emails, I called but never talk to a human. A recording tells you they can't transfer my call but to leave a message and someone will call back. I send a fax and get no calls back, or emails back, or fax back. Still can't locate EdNashWorld or TechProWarranty.Desired Settlement: Would like the TV repair paid or the TV replaced per the original warranty terms. Would like the balance of the 5year warranty reimbursed.
