Review: Several weeks prior, we made a reservation for our law firm's holiday luncheon at 2 pm on December 17, 2015. Upon the arrival of our office manager, [redacted] (sp?), a female manager, confronted our manager in a hostile tone, advising that our reservation was not until 3 pm. Our office manager advised her that it was 2 pm. [redacted] then advised that our office manager was wrong and two employees had called the previous day and confirmed it was at 3 pm. No one spoke with our office manager about the time the prior day. Our office manager was upset and left the premises to await my arrival. Our office manager then went back in to request an apology. [redacted] advised that she would not apologize and that we were wrong. Admittedly, our office manager made an unprofessional comment to [redacted] at which time [redacted] advised that our manager was not allowed in the restaurant. I attempted to discuss the matter with [redacted], but she continued to refuse service to our manager or even admit that she may have been partially to blame. She initially offered to call the owner and when I took her up on it, she refused. Shortly after, I was approached by another staff member who apologized and said [redacted] was in a really bad mood that day. She also advised that she was one of the employees who called to verify our party and that all she had inquired about was the number of people. Not the time. In essence, [redacted] lied about confirming the time the day prior. Given the refusal to allow our manager on the premises, we left. On the way out, I was stopped by two women dining nearby. They asked if the lady at the bar was the manager. I advised she was. They then told me that she had been incredibly rude to them upon their arrival and that they could not believe she was the manager. I gave the manager my number, but I feel confident it was not conveyed. It is unfortunate your business lost our business today and that you allow someone to act like a tyrant in your business.Desired Settlement: I would like to speak with the owner or someone who supervises this manager
