Review: I ordered a dress from this store in a size 0 and was sent a size 2 instead, which did not fit. I prompted alerted the store, which assured me that they would refund me in full for the dress, the shipping costs in sending it to me and my return shipping cost if I enclosed the receipt for return shipping in the package I sent back. Upon receiving my return of the incorrect dress, eDressme did not refund me the full price of the dress (which was unworn, undamaged and still had all of its tags on), did not refund me the shipping charged in sending me the wrong dress, nor did they refund me my return shipping cost, as promised. Upon inquiry, they assured me that the shipping costs would be credited to my credit card separately within 7 business days - but did not respond to my complaint about the failure to reimburse me correctly for the item returned. After 7 business days passed, I had neither received a credit for the shipping costs nor a credit for the correct amount of the dress. Upon further attempted inquiry, all of my communications to eDressMe have been ignored.Desired Settlement: (i) the total amount of the refund for the size 2 dress I returned should be $521.21: $478 for the dress, plus tax of $43.21). (ii) the total amount of the outbound shipping I incurred was $8.95 and should be refunded in full (iii) the total amount of my return shipping costs, detailed on a receipt inside of the return package to eDressme, should be refunded in full. I would appreciate a prompt call back from [redacted], who I am told is the "Return Manager" at eDressme, to confirm that this matter will be resolved without any further need for emails or calls from me. The total amount of refund I am still owed is approximately $20 - not a large amount, but the company sent me the wrong dress, assured me they would refund me all of the expenses associated with their error, and should make good on their promise.

Review: I ordered a dress from the website and it did not fit. Just as the text box that appears on the website next to the dress I ordered states I sent the dress back in mint condition with tags attached within 14 days of receipt and upon arrival to the company they denied my return. They proceeded to e-mail me to say that they cannot accept the return because I did not have an RA number. They claim that I needed to obtain a RA number prior to making a return, and that it should have stated that on the packing slip. However I retained the papers that came with the dress and no where does it say anything of the sort. They offered store credit which expires in three months, which is unacceptable. When I called the company to sort out the issue the representative kept repeating the same statement "You need an RA number" and then refused to et me speak to anyone else. The representative then proceeded to hang up on me and I have been unable to reach them via phone again. I also sent an an e-mail to their customer service which has gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: I have returned their product, and would like my credit card refunded in the full amount.

To whom it may concern,

As per our return policy, returns are not accepted without RMA numbers. This information is located on the website and on the order confirmation/invoice shipped with order. The customer returned a dress without a RMA number, the paper work she sent back with the item states that a RMA number is needed to return the item. The customer failed to read the information provided. Customers are required to retain these numbers because our returns go back to the vendor and if the vendor does not have a number to reference (RMA) we are subject to a 50% restocking fee at retail cost. We emailed the customer on July [redacted] stating if she is willing to absorb the latter of the cost 20% then we will be more than happy to issue a refund. However, we have yet to receive a response.
