Late this afternoon just on the way home, my husband called to say he was home and the A/C went outI was in a panic because my Mother-in-Law uses oxygen and can't be in warm temperatures too longI searched the internet on my phone and phone the company that installed the A/C, they couldn't get there tonightI had seen EDS A/C truck in my neighborhood before and calledIt was after 5, but they answered right awayThe woman I spoke to was friendly and sympathetic to my problemShe said I can get someone there in an hour and probably minutesShe didn't exaggerateThe technician, ***, was here in less than minutes, found the problem and worked to fix it immediatelyHe was neat, respectful and kindthey are our new A/C company for life! Awesome service!
EDS Air Conditioning did a great job installing our new air conditioner The technicians were very professional and courteous They explained how to operate our new thermostat and made sure we understood before they left We are very satisfied
I have never had such a positive, professional, friendly, competent service call as the one I had with EDS. they came in to replace my a/c system. they introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing, went to work in a very clean, quiet manner. cleaned up after themselves, explained what I should do with the system, explained the warrenty and services available, asked if I had any questions. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.
