Ed's Prop Shop

I left a prop for my 1981 mercury outboard to be repaired, in august 2015. I paid for the repair in full when I dropped the prop off cant get anyone I have called dozens of times, left messages, sent a letter, and noone will call me back. My brother lives in [redacted] and I had him to go by and the guy was supposedly working on the prop, but my brother could not wait the 2 hours he was told it would take to complete the repair, he was told that he would get a call when the repair was completed. No call was ever receeived. I need my prop, my boat is useless without it. Can you please get something done. I live too far away to camp out on their door step. Desired SettlementI want my repaired stainless prop, a replacement stainless prop, or a refund and my unrepaired prop. I just need to get my prop back so I can use my boat.
