Review: I contact** this business about a repair to a Refrigerator. ** the business owner went to my property and stat** I ne[redacted] a new part. Total cost for the repair and part he said would be $195. I paid in full for the service and part after ** was finsish**.

About a week later the refrigerator stopp** working again. The food had to be thrown out costly me an additional $350 in expenses.

He proce[redacted] to suggest selling a us** refrigerator from his stock. He took out my fridge and replac** it with a smaller model which was much older and full of dead bugs. I did not accept this product from him.Desired Settlement: I would like full refund because he did not complete his agreement on any account. He did not fix my fridge initially, then he tried selling me an inferior product.

After looking at other customers, I see exactly similar complaints. He agreed to refund my money, but would always tell me to call at a later time.

I want a full refund for what he charged my credit card, $195 which he charged on my VISA card on October 9, 2013

Review: My refrigerator stopped working and I contacted Ed's to repair it. After numerous delays, Ed told me that he had diagnosed the problem and would fix it for $365 to include parts and labor. I paid the money and he purported to do the repairs. However, the refrigerator still did not work. Again after repeated delays, Ed came again and said that he now diagnosed additional problems and would fix them for an unspecified additional cost. This was the first time that he indicated that the repair work contracted for would not be sufficient to fix the refrigerator. Ed suggested that I buy a "refurbished" refrigerator from him instead of doing additional repairs. However, reviews on the internet suggest that Ed has a habit of selling refurbished refrigerators that stop working after a very short period of time.Three weeks after first contacting Ed, he still did not know what it would cost to make the purportedly necessary additional repairs. I demanded my money back, offering to let Ed take back whatever parts he claimed to have installed in my refrigerator. Ed refused. I advised Ed that I would be filing a complaint with the JP Court for breach of contract.Desired Settlement: $365 plus court costs.
