I am rejecting this response because I have never received a call from the businessIn addition I was not able to come back to the store as I reside in BaltimoreThat day when I went to go pick up my clothing she did not show me anything, I went in picked up my dresses and was brushed alongI called back the following day to complain and the individual refused immediately to proceed with any type of resolutionHence why I proceeded with filing a complain with the Revdex.comI do not have time to entertain this and would like a full refund.

To whom it may concern.Regarding a complaint that was filed toward my business with an assigned ID of ***. I have called several times and left messages; however received no response In response to the complaint that was filed I would like to state that when the customer had com in
to pick up her clothes, in no manner did she express her dislike with the way her clothing had come out We did our best in trying to duplicate the outcome that the customer had wanted, as we always do When a customer comes in to explain their displeasure with the outcome, we are most likely to try and fix the issue and/or refund the full amount to the unsatisfied customer However, this customer did not Without the customer coming into our store with the clothing, physically, to express her issues with my work, I cannot/will not be able to accept this complaint and refund the money If the customer were to come in, with the clothing, I would be more than happy to give her a full refund if she was truly that unsatisfied with my work Sincerely, So K of Edsall Dry Cleaners You may reach me at (***) ***-*** Mon - Fri 7:am - 7:pm Sat 7:am - 6:pm
