To whom it may concern -Aspen Air Duct Cleaning responded to Ms***'s request for you to come back out to her home when it was initially madeShe was informed at the time of scheduling her duct cleaning that all furniture must be moved away from the vents, because it is against company
policy for the crew to move furniture in search of ventsApparently there was a vent missed because a piece of Ms***'s furniture was blocking the vent and not visible to the crew membersWe informed Ms*** that we would be happy to come back out and clean the missed vent - free of charge - as soon as our crew had another job in her areaThe vent has since been cleaned - free of charge - and we have not heard from Ms*** sincePlease note - this complaint was filed under Aspen Environmental LLC but should have been filed under Aspen Air Duct Cleaning LLC - they are two completely separate entities.?
