I did not purchase this from the...

university. It was purchased from Edthena directly. I was advised by the university to seek compensation directly from Edthena. Since my complaint, Edthena has updated the app again due to it crashing. It continues to be a flawed product.

My complaint is with Edthena and my contract is with them directly. I am supposed to get a refund from the university for 1/2 of the amount. Again this is from the school and not from the company. I purchased this product directly through the company and not through the school. Edthena has yet to take responsibility for the incidents.
