The Client *** *** is correct in his assumption that once he paid his $per month he would not be required to pay any annual resubmission feesThe agent in question *** is no longer with our companyShe had been warned many times that she did not have the right to tell clients to
cancel the monthly insurance payment as that would negate the annual recertification payment of $She was further wrong in telling clients that this was a one time fee and client would no longer be required to pay any annual recertification fee, unless ofcourse he/she was paying the monthly $fee.We are contacting the client at this point and refunding his $that he has paid to date and will not be required to pay the balance of $that was scheduled for future paymentsIf he continues as before paying the monthly $29.90, then each year we will resubmit his file at no further costs.
