I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I’m not complaining because I didn’t get my way I’m complaining because this is advertising on a contract I purchased for skating Steve did mention that others had complained about the prepaid voucher not being accepted over the holiday week I did NOT purchase the voucher on the Skateland website so I never saw any date restrictions I purchased it through a marketing company LocalFlavor and Nowhere does it state any restrictions on redemption When I purchased the voucher restrictions would have influenced my decision to purchase Skateland needs to put this on the voucher so as not to mislead customers Many other businesses do this.

Revdex.comThis response does not does refund the extra cost I incurred to pay to skate, but hopefully Skateland will change the wording in the localflavor contract so people are informed when deciding on purchasing and this doesn’t happen to other people.

I am sorry this customer did not understand our policy. Our policy was on our web site and all our printed material for our holiday specials. We were not rude to her at all, we just informed her when her coupon was valid. She did not get her way and then said we were rude. Our customer count that...
