Thanks This issue was resolved when the credit union refunded the fees
[redacted] R [redacted] financed an auto with the credit union in February, In October of 2014, after several notifications, the credit union added insurance to the loan balanceThe monthly payment was increased by 1/of the premium amount(The insurance would be paid in equal installments and then the loan payment would return to the original amount.) Mr [redacted] did provide proof of insurance and was refunded the unused portion of the insurance in October, The monthly payments from November, thru November, were not consistent and as a courtesy to Mr***, the credit union approved an extension (due date moved forward by one month) in November, 2015.Thanks, [redacted]

Education First Federal Credit Union has made the business decision not to finance travel trailers used as a dwelling for work related purposes. We consider this type of financing higher risk plus there are added compliance requirements. The credit union endeavors to treat all members...
