Review: There is a charge on my account that should not have been charged to my account.I registered for a free ten day trial from Lesson Planet. Prior to the ten day expiration I received an e-mail for a free thirty day extention. On April 07, 2014 I noticed my First Premier account had been charged $53.90 on March 26, 2014. I called First Premier to dispute the charge. I have also mad eseveral attempts to contact Lesson Planet @ 1-888-909-9035 and there is NEVER an agent available to assist me. First Premier Credit card is continually sends me a generic letter stating that my subscription was not calcelled but never mentions the 30 day FREE trial extention. I have called First Premier Bank and asked about the investigation several times and no one is able to give me answers. I have asked to speak to a investigator and I have been told that I can not speak to them. I have asked them to verify the phone number they are using to contact Lesson Planet and thet provided me with the same number I have attempted to use. Now my concern is how are they able to speak to someone at Lesson Planet and I can never reach anyone from Lesson Planet. Because First Premier has been unable/willing to assist me with this charge I have also closed my account. This was an old account and based on the customer service I have received I am assuming customer retention is not important to First Premier.Desired Settlement: The amount that was charged to my credit card account $53.90.

Review: I am filing complaint because my debit card information was used by an unknown entity to purchase a subscription from this website and I have been calling for over two weeks to get this subscription cancelled and a refund and have been getting the run around. I spoke to a gentleman who says his hands are tied and he is not responsible and says that someone will call me back and no one ever does. I have left more than 3 messages and I spoke to this man 2 times; making it 5 times total that I have tried to get the issue resolved. Could you please assist me to get this issue resolves as soon as possible. Thank you very muchDesired Settlement: I would like my money returned and this subscription cancelled.

We contacted the customer by phone and issued a full refund and closed her account. We followed up again by phone (at a later date) to make certain she received her refund and to also make sure she did not have any further questions. She did not, and we have closed this ticket in our system.

Review: I have been trying to deal with a problem with this company for over a year. I signed up for a free 10 day trial for lesson planet in 2012. Before the 10 day period was over, I cancelled (as was required to do if you did not want to be billed). I also contacted Lesson planet and they assured me I would not be billed. However, I was billed one month later. I made several more attempts to rectify this, but when you call the company, you do not get a person. The company requires you to leave your name and number and someone will call you back within a two day period. This did not happen. In the mean time, my brother died unexpectantly, and shortly after this, my father died. Thus, I forgot about the matter until the start of the new year. In January of 2013, I noticed on my credit card bill, Lesson planet had billed me again for another yearly subscription! I called several times and did not receive a call back. I then sent written notice, and I got an email from a Brianna Tabler. This note said she would contact me - again - in two days. It also left me an 800 # that I could speak to a rep. When I called that # - I got the same recording. I left a message several more times until Brianna Tabler called me back. When she did, I explained the situation, and asked her to credit my account. When I did, she said she needed my credit card. I explained to her that I teach and dont bring my purse into school.( I leave locked in my car) I told her I couldnt remember which card it was on, and could she please look it up. She told me she couldn't (which I find a little odd, since the company should have records on billing). She then told me to call her back once I retrieved my purse and she could credit any credit card I had. I told her no. Again - I found this odd as they should have records of the billing, and I found it suspicious that she told me to "use any card." As I dont trust the company, due to the above, and did NOT hand over the credit card #. (see next page)Desired Settlement: I again called & left a message for a manager to call and I did not receive this courtesy.I would like a refund from the company for the years of 2012 & 2013.They can review each time period and see that I did not utilize the web page.I can not remember the exact date I requested trial or cancelled.The date that Brianna finally emailed me was 1/13/13. On 1/17 @ 3:03 & 4:45EST & 2/27 @ 6:43pm, I called again. Return call came on 2/28 @ 1:35EST stating above. Needless to say, I wasnt pleased.

I have had a similar experience as others. I signed up for a 10 day trial but found it not helpful to meet the needs of my students. Therefore, I cancelled. Unfortunately they continue to bill me $59.98. Every year 2013 and 2014. My calls go to a tape recording with no person and my emails go unanswered. I'd desperately like my money back since I am no longer working and went back to school.
