At no point, in
this transaction, was I rude or abusiveI was, most certainly, firm and pressed for you and your team to remain accountable for the work I paid for to be done in a timely mannerUpon initiation of this transaction we discussed the least expensive route for repair and you named your priceYour staff collected payment over the phone for $and then the waiting began
Whether your team failed to properly file internal paperwork or not isn't in question and cannot be considered to be our concernYour company's failure to act upon this mistake is the crux of this issue thoughWe waited for three weeks to find out the status of our repair process and finally had to call your staff to find out what was going on
Once the call came in your two decade veteran then began to point fingers at coworkers and said one of the parts was never orderedShe also failed to notify us at this time you had no paint sample, for my car, on file anymoreYour record keeping cannot be fairly counted upon on two counts nowThree weeks to wait for any information is unacceptable and unprofessional on your company's part and we were more than fair about waitingYou have refused to accept responsibility for this part of the service failure
Once OUR call to your staff got the ball rolling again we came in to discuss this and asked for a very minor repair to our windshield as a concession for the three week delayYou were very unhappy with this $issue, but you did have it done once all the car parts finally arrived, even though it was poorly doneIn this same visit to discuss the delay and what the next step was and how long it would take, we discussed your team member's change of storyAt this point we were notified you would need to cut out a piece of our car bumper to get a new sample and you did soWe left at this point after making arrangements to work with your hours so no one would have to stay late and wait for usAll repairs would be completed on the same day and we would pick upWe paid you in full precisely what you asked for on your itemized invoice and thought we would be done with that
We picked up the car only to find out our new bumper was not securely installedWe returned to your shop to rectify this 2nd service failure within the same transaction when you offered to install some bumper clips at a cost of $for clips and nothing for laborI then told you do the work and I would no longer do business with youYou then told me I was rude and pushy and I could take my business elsewhere and you then refused to complete the work you never even properly completed to begin withYou told me to leave your shop and take my business elsewhere
I promptly went to one of your competitors and found found the repairs needed to fix your shoddy and incomplete work were going to come to approximately $Your offer of $to "get me out of your hair" in insufficient to correct your own incomplete work and is insulting in its nature as a gestureI will accept your original offer of $for the clip and the installation at your facility or you can pay for the proper installation of the clip and labor at one of your competitors of my choosing
As for my complaint to the Revdex.com, your incomplete work produced the complaint and I reserve my right to maintain my complaintCorrect this this issue of the bumper clips and the secure installation of the bumper under the terms listed above in a prompt and accurate mannerWe can discuss my complaint once you have corrected this issue
