Hello Revdex.com people,I accepted this response and anyway thank you they agree to resolve the problem. It is indeed a letter of recommendation and it is even better a letter of recommendation because this is the objective proof that the letter writer has observed about my performances on the clinical skill short training sessions of different skill sets at the ACP Conference 2012.I have other letters of recommendation as well, these LORs are more subjective of how the writers think of me with their own observation; that is not I showed them my actual medical skills.I believe ECFMG is like "THE HOME" of USFMDs/USFMGs who have left their previous countries and have been living here as natualized US citizens and they are previously medical doctors from their previous countries; this is the cause and the reason of ECFMG existence mainly besides their other activities so they should all their hearts support the righteousness for those USFMDs in their efforts trying to return to the career of medicine and healthcare to be able to settle down good healthy lives here in the US because this is their homes for the rest of their livesECFMG should realize their mission on important issues that also helps stable domestic labor and employmentThis is a critical issue as of American Constitution that these US citizens, no discrimination if they are native born or naturalized, they are protected their equal rights to pursue happiness while doing their responsibilities in this new home.thanks [redacted] , ***[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

Review: In January 2014 I applied to take a test and after paying the fees called ECFMG to ask how I could get a form 186 from them to send to my new school since my new school had requested to complete one. I was told I had an active form 186 on file and had no cause to worry. When I insisted on getting one, I was told it was impossible. On June 5, 2014 I tried to extend my eligibility period within the period allowed by ECFMG and was told I now needed a new form 186 which had to be completed by my new school.I printed the form and sent to my school on June 5.Several calls and emails to my school yielded no result and on June 16 and June 20, 2004 I called ECFMG to ask if they had received my form 186 back from my school and I was told it hadn't been received. I was also told if it wasn't received by June 25th, I will lose my fee and will have to pay a new fee.I explained it was with my school and I had no control over how fast it was processed, I was told ECFMG didn't care about. The normal processing time was a week but I had no idea why it was taking so long since no one at my school was returning my calls. On June 24th, my school eventually replied my several emails and calls with an email saying they will have the form back to ECFMG on June 27th.I forwarded this email to ECFMG and asked for a grace period to get the form back since June 27th was the earliest my school could get it back to them. This request was denied and I am being asked to pay a new fee. This is very unfair because I am being penalized for something I have no control over.Desired Settlement: Grant my extention eligibility period without me paying a new fee

Review: ECFMG has the services call ERAS-support services to help foreign medical doctors who live inside the US as citizens/greencard and some other temporary visas to apply into residency programs of hospitals for their licensing process to become licensed MDs so they can practice healthcare, medicine in the US. This ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Services) has the duties to upload all the relevant information as documents, medical licensing examination USMLEs, personal statements, personal information, etc; one of those is the LORs, Letter of Recommendation. Their services can only do their duty as to validate those LORs as of actual letters from actual writers to provide the information about the applicants who are customers of ERAS-support services (applicants for residency programs have to use online ERAS to apply for residency program; they pay a fee for ERAS; this year the fee is $105 for 2015, increasing from $95 last year 2014). I am indeed a customer. I have many of my LORs saved from my account on ECFMG from last year; I want to re-use all of them, including a letter, my favorite, a very authentic letter from an important officer, the executive of the ACP training program, Mr. Edward * W[redacted]. He testifies that I ACTUALLY attended the ACP - American College of Physicians training sessions of many good clinical skills. I was angry because this year, unlike last year they uploaded the letter with no troubles; this year, they do not upload my letter, saying this letter is not like other recommendation letters! Indeed, it is even better a letter of recommendation because it is not simply what other people think and tell their ideas about me, this letter the people who trained me in the clinical skill sessions DID WATCH ALL THE SKILLS I ACHIEVED WHEN THEY TRAINED ME IN THE ACP EVENTS in San Francisco 2013. please make them to realize they are wrong over-abusing power and violating customers' right; please make them to upload the Edward B W[redacted] letter as of my favorite!Desired Settlement: They accept they are wrong in overuse power and violating customers' rights. They upload this best letter of recommendation I have for my application that I believe it would strengthen my application to residency programs as my actual skills and knowledge. thanks[redacted], ECFMG enhancement
