Hi, I had cancelled my service with *** at the end of October and have the signature receipt of my notice of cancellation since I sent it via certified mail. Two weeks later I received an email of confirmation of my cancellation from this company stating they will still bill me this month. The representative I spoke to was Raj. When I stated I had already cancelled service he said I had to do it ninety days in advance. No, my contract specifically stated thirty days. In response Raj then tried to state forty-five days in advance and then stated he will contact the company in the morning and call me back after confirming the thirty days with them. I have my contract with ***. Raj was stating any information and blatantly lied since initially when he stated the ninety days he said he "confirmed it with the establishment". Educational Funding Company, Inc. has shady business practices and do not have correct information in their systems.

In November 2016 I signed up for a 6 month contract. Since there were 3 of us the monthly was 99.99:
The following was withdrawn from my account:
11/14/16: 69.00, 11/22/16: 129.00, 11/25/16: 129.00
12/6/16: 129.00, 12/9/16: 129.00, 12/13/16: 99.00, 12/13/16: 129.00, 12/19/16: 99.00
On 12/23/16, after 18 days of going back and forth with the school they report having straightened things out with the billing company (Educational Funding Company).
January, February, March and April were billed correctly.
2/14/17: I contacted the school to cancel. On 2/20/17 I was informed that after 6 months my memberships would be cancelled. On April 12th I emailed again to confirm cancellations. On the same day it was confirmed that all 3 accounts were cancelled. On May 11, 2017 2 charges for 99.00 each were withdrawn from my account. On May 12th I reach out to the school to report the issue. On May 15th I receive confirmation that my accounts are in fact cancelled. On 10/17/17 I receive a 2 delinquency notices in the mailed dated 10/11/17 for May 10, 17. My account was cancelled in April.

I had joined a Martial Arts company to take lessons in January 2017. In May I had injured my knee and Cliff *** of Educational Funding Company told me to send them a doctors note which I immediately did by way of fax. Then in June I noticed they were still charging me so I contacted Mr. again and he told me email him the doctors note which I did. Now it is September and I'm still being charged. After calling him numerous times a day over the past 2 weeks he refuses to reply back.
