[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have spoke with a member and she is very helpful and has done her part with having the item removed from the reporting companiesHowever, there is an issue with them removing the items from my credit reportsThey are listed as the creditor and according to all credit bureaus the creditor listed, which is ESFCU ,must be the ones to have this item removedESFCU continues to tell me they are not the creditor my account was sent to a collection agency so they have to be the ones to have it removedSo this is a back and forth issue I am dealing with right nowThere is no collection agency listed on my report therefore a simple phone call or fax or however the companies do to have it removed needs to be doneinstead of going back and forths and debating on who is creditor and who isnt Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I have spoke with a member and she is very helpful and has done her part with having the item removed from the reporting companies. However, there is an issue with them removing the items from my credit reports. They are listed as the creditor and according to all 3 credit bureaus the creditor listed, which is ESFCU ,must be the ones to have this item removed. ESFCU continues to tell me they are not the creditor my account was sent to a collection agency so they have to be the ones to have it removed. So this is a back and forth issue I am dealing with right now.
