They have sent unsolicited, unwanted email to faculty at my institution, and it's full of obtrusive tracking links. The email advertised not one of their vendors but seemingly their whole platform. They should be added to blacklists.

I have informed them you do not like to get spam and they will be removing your email as well. As for the part about "why did we not respond to your previous email", I have searched our inbox and do not see other emails from you but will continue to search for a possibly lost email. Again, please accept our apologies.
