I can't say enough good about the service that I received from this company I was really stressed out about how I was going to make my $a month student load payment I was physically feeling the effects of the stress so when I was contacted by this company, I listened I asked a ton of questions, because I was unsure about what this company was all about plus did some research I came back with some positive vibes so I decided to give it a try and my payments are now considerably less than what I was looking at in the beginning The gentleman that I worked with, Jake, was AMAZING and if he is any indication of the rest of the people in the company, I would recommend them to anyone Jake did an amazing job making sure all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with my decision before I signed up Once I got signed up and saw what they were doing for me, I passed Jake's info on to a friend and they were able to get her payments greatly reduced as well They saved my sanity and I am forever grateful for all they have done and continue to do for meIt was really easy and not stressful Again, I would recommend to ANYONE!

Overall, the experience with EduLoan Docs LLC is fineI do not have any real complaints or issues although it would be nice to have a breakdown on how they calculate an individual's payment portion based on their income

This was the MOST amazing experience ever! I was really having some hard times with my student loan First, I was with Sallie Mae, then suddenly they secretly sold my loans to Navient Major issues, left and right! One day I decided to listen to a spam voicemail and it was EDU Loan Servicing I called the number and received MrStone as my CSR An absolute savior, great customer service, and really took the time to make sure I understood EVERYTHING! To this day, I've had nothing by peace of mind, when it comes to my student loans I've even started referring friends & family! Just goes to show, NOT everything is "spam"

I find this group a big challenge to work with, my one and only contact barely communicates with me and she never answers my questions and I cannot get her on the phoneI have been asked to verify my income several times, I submit by email as per the requestSeveral months later I get more emails (same person I emailed) that I have yet to submit paperwork, even tho I did SAME DAY, and need to turn it in againEach email I get emphasizes how important it is that I turn in these documents without delaySo then I get concerned about the status of my loansI am constantly asking for help to understand my status, and instead of directing me to someone that could help me I get no response followed by a request to submit more income verification documents, because the one I sent them months prior was no longer valid since they were older than daysThey were not when I submitted themI cannot handle this ridiculous and unprofessional behavior anymore, I have been asking to have someone else handle my paperwork, but of course I get radio silenceI don't pay them a ton, so I do not expect to be waited on, but I expect stinking email once every so often and AT LEAST an "I don't know, maybe this person can help"I am looking into transferring my loans to a different group that takes this seriouslyI have held off because that is going to be a huge pain to do, but I can't live like this anymore
