Scam alert! Claimed they would assist with helping me get into the Student Loan Forgiveness program. Made my FSA ID (which I found out later is illegal to do), used the wrong name and SSN. Was notified by the FSA that someone changed the password and then was told I was not signed up for anything. Have yet to receive a return email or phone call. Emails now bounce back saying that the designated email address does not exist.
