I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They are crediting me with the full amount of the mattress and I am able to either choose the same mattress at no cost to me or upgrade if I want to spend more money.  This is what I wanted since the beginning of my complaint with American Home.  Thank you so much for assisting me in this matter.  I am totally satisfied with American Home's response, and the manager of the American Home Mattress store in Santa Fe could not have been more courteous and helpful.  I had serious back issues starting in 2015 that was not resolved until I had surgery to replace four discs in my neck in 2016, so this is why I initially bought a new mattress with an adjustable base because of a medical issue.  This is also why it was important to me to resolve the issue with the "hump" in the mattress as it was on the side that I sleep on.  I have no general quarrel with American Home since I have bought furniture there for over 10 years and was always satisfied with the items I purchased.  Once again, thank you for your assistance.
