This business owner would not submit itemized invoices for work performed nor for parts supplied for two visits to my home (the same job) I asked him twice to supply the detailed invoices and he advised that that was not the way he did businessHe came out to our house two times and charged us the same amount each time for different parts and different labor When he was going to come out a third time to fix one more thing, I told him I did not have the money and he said he would have to report me to the County for having defective equipment I told him I could not afford anymore work and told him had I not been charged so much the first two times, maybe I could get this work done; at that point in the conversation, he called me an "ungrateful ***," and told me "he could not *** believe it." This individual did not come to our house on the times he initially committed to and had to reschedule the work

I would not even give him one starHe came out with one other guy to see if he could help us with a bad smell in the pipe of our bathroomHe touched nothing but had a Spanish guy unscrew the toilet while he stared out the window at our lady neighbor in her mini skirtThe only thing done was unscrewing the toilet and then he left it there sitting in the middle of the floor for daysThrew our wax ring away so the entire house was down a bathroomNo fees charged for initial visitHe came on a Monday and was supposed to come back on Thursday morning to actually work and fix the problemCalled the day before to confirm a time he was coming (9am) and almost close to 11am he had not showed, called, text, or anythingSo I had to call him and he sounded like he was asleepHe said he had a headache and was sleeping it offStuff happens, we get it However, he could have given us a heads upI took the day off just to be home so he could come do the work He even LIED saying he spoke with my husband alreadyMy husband had not received one call nor message from him all dayMy husband text him saying never mind and to not worry about coming since he was unable to make itAnother plumber stopped by to let us know our toilet not being screwed on with the wax ring is leaving us exposed to EXTREMELY DANGEROUS gases from the pipe(Rotten egg smell gases)Later, that evening this *** calls and leaves a voicemail trying to buy back business with usMy husband then again lets him know to not come out and that we're goodHe then calls my husband CURSING at him and saying he is going to charge us $anyways and we need to pay himRemind you, NO WORK was done to fix our problemBut he was so rude calling and trying to curse my husband out because he lost our businessVERY BAD & NOT PROFESSIONAL!! He's pushing us to getting our lawyers involved nowBEWARE!! Find someone else!

But he was so rude calling and trying to curse my husband out because he lost our business. VERY BAD & NOT PROFESSIONAL!! He's pushing us to getting our lawyers involved now. BEWARE!! Find someone else!
