Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I did not exaggerate my complaintI bought a pass for the month of December on November 24th, was waived the monthly fee for November, used the pass days: Tuesday the 24th and Wednesday the 25thThey had free parking on Friday the 27thOn Monday the 30th, I entered the garage with the pass, was let go from my temporary position from the [redacted] , and left the garage at 9:30am, surrendering my pass on November 30th, the pass which was for the month of December. When I called the garage the next day, the cashier who assisted me was very unprofessional and when I asked to talk to her supervisor, she said to me "Lady, you have an attitude on you" three years times before she gave the name and phone number of her supervisor and also telling me that her supervisor was not going to give me a refund either.I feel I have not been treated with respect or courtesy by this businessAnd to have to file as a vendor with the city of Lowell and wait 6-weeks for a refund is ridiculous.I will be going to the Mayors office in person Regards, [redacted] ***

*** ***’s statement of the problem is exaggerated. I contend that her experience with staff was handled with expediency and courtesy, and that she was offered a partial refund to be furnished in compliance with City of Lowell A/P procedures. She did
come into the customer service area of the facility to request a monthly access permit to park in the garage on 11/24/15. She procured the pass card, as she stated in her complaint, for the month of December. Ms*** completed the monthly parker registration, which she signed, acknowledging and accepting the terms and conditions of the monthly parking program. The rules and regulations clearly state that “no reimbursements will be made for any unused monthly time remaining on the term”. In the spirit of compromise and customer service, once the issue was escalated to me I determined it to be reasonable to offer a refund of half of the rate, making the transaction analogous to payment term #in the City of Lowell Parking Department Monthly Parking Rules and Regulations, which states: “Individuals obtaining new pass cards…issued between the 16th and the 31st day of the month will be charged half the monthly rate. The monthly rate of the pass card she procured was $52. She also incurred a $activation and handling fee. The $is nonrefundable in any circumstance. $was offered as a refund to *** as half of the monthly rate. *** is not willing to comply with City of Lowell A/P procedures. The City is still willing to refund her half of the monthly rate, should she change her mind

I did not exaggerate my complaint. I bought a pass for the month of December on November 24th,  was waived the monthly fee for November, used the pass 2 days: Tuesday the 24th and Wednesday the 25th. They had free parking on Friday the 27th. On Monday the 30th, I entered the garage with the pass, was let go from my temporary position from the [redacted], and left the garage at 9:30am, surrendering my pass on November 30th, the pass which was for the month of December. When I called the garage the next day, the cashier who assisted me was very unprofessional and when I asked to talk to her supervisor, she said to me "Lady, you have an attitude on you" three years times before she gave the name and phone number of her supervisor and also telling me that her supervisor was not going to give me a refund either.I feel I have not been treated with respect or courtesy by this business. And to have to file as a vendor with the city of Lowell and wait 6-8 weeks for a refund is ridiculous.I will be going to the Mayors office in person.
