This company was doing work around our buildingThey put the garbage in our garbage bin and when I advised that they needed to remove it , they ignored the requestNOT PROFESSIONAL at all

On July 15, 2015 I had the company come out to do our roof. They completed the job and I paid them. Later I discovered they did a horrible job -- they did not stagger the shingles thereby creating a SERIOUS problems with the integrity of the entire roof. I had 2 other roofers review things and they listed the following issues:

* EEI did not stagger the new 3-tab shingles
* EEI did not install the drip edge along the rake
* EEI incorrectly installed the ridge cap with double shingles as opposed to a single shingle cap
* EEI damaged the fascia of the property
* EEI did not properly install the roof flashing
* EEI did not run the ice and water shield all the way up to the roof ridge. The roof has a low slope and this missing underlayer protection is a major problem.
* Roof vents were installed too close to the ridge (5-8" as opposed to 24")

I contacted the company and the owner admitted fault. Oddly he downplayed the problem saying the roof was fine until I told him of the other roofers inspection. He then said he would only replace just the shingles with his spare shingles despite the removal of the existing shingles would destroy the underlying ice & water shield. I insisted he replace all the materials he wasted.

He did not show up as scheduled to resolve the matter.
