[redacted] did not complete 3/4 of the work. It cost me $2900 to someone else to complete the job. His workers did not patch where needed. his workers dis not prep where needed. His workers painted over rotted wood rather than replacing it.  
Because of the poor quality of the work done by [redacted] company, it put me behind two weeks costing me $5500. I also have a text message from his front person saying (and this is a quote) "u don't have to pay me until ur satisfied..."
I can email you pictures of the work done by [redacted] company but can't figure out how to attach already taken pictures from  the [redacted] and some are on my phone.

The business is not longer working on this job due to the non payment of the customer. $800 of paint was purchased and when the job was stopped the customer did not return the unused paint paid for by the business after being told to make to available to remove from the property.

Review: [redacted] front person agreed to repair paint part of my house (both interior and exterior), according to a written list. Verbally it was promised in 3 days. There are multiple issues: they did not start they day they promised, they didn't patch prior to painting and they didn't always prep the rooms prior to painting, the painters were clearly did not know what they were doing, the front person said he would be there each day to supervise and I never saw him again and he didn't respond to my text messages. [redacted] was told multiple times the quality of the work was not good. Instead of repairing the outside (contract explicitly stated to replace rotted wood) the workers just painted over it. In their outside work, they ruined two screens (one with paint) and one with power washing. And their shoddy work put me behind in getting my house on the market two weeks. When I fired [redacted] he verbally threatened me.Desired Settlement: The cost of replacing the two screens (one for a window ($55) and one for a sliding door ($169)).

Extra cost to redo the work poorly done by**. [redacted] workers ($250)

Cost to me for the two week delay $5,500
