The contractor provides a photo of wet concrete that doesn’t show the uneven finish and deep impressions The photo I provided was taken while I was watering the concrete as instructedThe response does not address the issuesThis is still a valid complaint.

Telephone response obtained from the company as follows:The company stated that the consumer could not afford to have fresh cement poured in the entire area and they did what the consumer could afford, they poured fresh concrete around areas that had older concrete in place.The company stated that
in pouring around the concrete areas that were already present, the company had to try to match up areas the best they could- some areas are higher than others.The company stated that the city did come out to perform an inspection and the inspection passed.The company stated the areas where water collects, it is not there longer than hours, it does disappear.The company stated they did put caution tape around area and they are not liable for tar having tire tracks in it.The company stated that the consumer can use diesel fuel to remove any tar spots.The company stated that they will not issue a refund of any amount because the job was done and there is no damage that they caused

The workmanship is completely unacceptable. Photos supplied to substantiate the claimed made. Contractor. Failed to show up to correct problems on greater than 4 occasions.
