I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I have no intention of
continuing to use the service Ed Luttner and associates provides I told him in a face to face meeting that his approach to furthering my career was not working and after weeks I was dissatisfied and requested a partial refund Whether I signed a contract or not the service was not provided in a satisfactory manner I still feel I am entitled to a refund since I have zero intentions of continuing to work with Ed Luttner and associates
