I am rejecting this response because:Edward Henson and his partner Eric D*** of Real3L Photo and Video showed gross negligence and failure to provide me and my husband with the professional services and products that we contracted with them in good faith on May 22, These services and products were to include a continuous DVD recording of our 35th anniversary within days after our July 14, event Later, a DVD of our wedding and related events was to be provided That too had numerous problems including pictures out of order or duplicated on the DVD Instead, we had to go to extreme measures of calling, emailing and finally taking them to mediation on December 5, to get their attention about they failure to comply with the terms and conditions of our contract They were paid in full for their services in July Our concerted efforts to communicate our serious dissatisfaction were not addressed All they did was to continue to cause us harm and pain since we cannot recreate this special event
