Edward S [redacted] called from the business stated that he reached out to the consumer and then went out to the house to see exactly what the consumer was talking about. Mr. S [redacted] stated that Mr & Mrs [redacted] walked over to the neighbors drive way and show him there drive way stating they want there... drive way to look the same way. Mr. S [redacted] stated that they want a seal coat put on the drive way that makes the drive way look smooth and painted. Mr. S [redacted] addressed that there are a few spots that have dents he is going to heat them up and fix the surface so its flat before he applies the seal coat. He also stated that the drive way is level it doesn't hold any rain when it rains. The work will be completed on June 12, 2017. Mr. S [redacted] addressed that when he first completed the drive way a couple months later he went back out to fix a couple of spots. Those spots were tire marks left from a truck and trailer left sitting in the drive way and when the lawn mower was ran off the edge of the driveway. Those were fixed at no cost to Mr. & Mrs. ***.

Review: EMS Paving replaced my driveway in June 2012. Unfortunately, several issues developed with the driveway including pooling of water and sinkage in certain areas. EMS was aware of the pooling immediately after completion of the project however stated that they corrected the problem by creating a groove in the driveway which was done with the toe of a boot. The driveway has become cracked and extremely uneven. The initial quote called for a gravel foundation however when they removed the old driveway they informed me gravel was not necessary as the foundation was very solid. I have made numerous unsuccessful attempts at contacting EMS. I was able to speak live with an individual in the office on 2 occasions and was told someone would come to my residence to look at and rectify the issue. This never happened and my phone calls/emails are no longer returned.Desired Settlement: I would like for EMS to come to my home and look at the driveway with me in order to arrive at a solution

After speaking with [redacted] from the company on 10/1/13 he stated he would contact the customer directly to set up a time to fix the issues.

Review: [redacted] did paving for our road, it started cracking in 6 months and there was warrenty for one year, he does not answer is phone call, one time he did answer and said will come and check never did. I will not recommend this paving company.Desired Settlement: 19000.00
