As soon as I received a reply from my surgeon this past sunday, where he stated the funds went for the past surgery and I was never getting top implants, my mother and I conferenced call credit company, they advised she has to wait for the charge to post, which is after pm on dec 9th, at that time she can dispute the charge, they open investigation, then it can take up to billing cycles for the refund to be credited to her account I have to wait for the funds to get back to her account, then locate another surgeon, had then start process of top implants, they have to heal before perm teeth can be placed ( aprox 4-months)I do not have funds to get temp teeth since it is aprox $20,for teeth for months, so with having to wait, it boils down to the fact it is now longer I have no teeth, can not eat, and have to endure all the pain and suffering that goes with something that is not my doing, We are looking for the money that was given for one services that is not going to happen to be refunded, no one can just decide to use money for whatever they decide, when there is no agreement to pay that, no contract, nothing so that is one issue, with trying to collect after the fact when there was nothing ever stated that I would pay for that since it was offered to me, since he was well aware I had no moneysecond fact is he is refusing to refund money that was not authorized on a credit card to my mother, who never was even present, she was going to sign when it was emailed or sent to use, since she is in the process of many surgical procedurehoweverthat never happened, since doc decided to take money and pay himselfplease helpthe attached file is my mouth, with the implants he placed in hosp, and a screw still left from jaw brokenAs you can see I have no way to eat, nothing, my blood work in hosp came back as me having anemia and possible diabetic, which runs in my family, I also have severe anxiety which I take meds for, however without being able to eat, the meds make me sick, constant pain from my mouth and tongue not being able to rest, not to mention how I lookI placed my trust in him, I have been thru so so much, that this was a blessing, he helps so many people with his organizations, and his ability to do work at no charge, that when he offered to help me, I never thought about getting it in writing since he is well known for this that issue of payment is secondary, he can pursue anything he wants and I can submit all my info to himhowever the main thing is trying to have the office refund money, which the credit card company, care credit has said they can do very simply, and could allow me to move on, he is basically keeping me from living a healthy life, that is now hindering my ability to eat, sleep and live, I have lost over lbs in weeks, since the ensure and boost that I have been drinking has gotten me so sick to my stomach, since I am lactose intolerant, and smashing food into liquid is not simpleI had planned on going to work, to help my family, now that is on hold for many months, since not having teeth and doing customer service is not the best, and the level of pain I am in, keeps me in s strugglethis is a nightmare, that I hope no one else goes thru, I am in shock, disbelief and honestly can not understand how this happened please help me, I have cried so much that I am sure my family will be getting me huge boxes of [redacted] for christmas, it is hard to not be able to live a life, when the things holding me back is the doc keeping my mothers money my mother can sign or provide info on anything, I am taking charge since in the next weeks she has surgeries.This is horrible stress on her, since she put off her health care that needs to be done for her mouth, for me, and now she has to wait longer for her workSorry for the long message this is just very serious and important to me, and is a nightmareplease please help me ***
