isn't the problemCustomer declined diagnosis and brought the vehicle back to have the actuator r&rUpon completion heat was still not functional, cooling system was tested for flow and with thermal imaging to verifyCustomer was not charged for over an hour of diagnostic laborAdvised customer of the cost of r&r of heater core and radiator per Chrysler suggested repair as it's a know common problem.? Customer requested an alternative solution and was offered a cooling system flush to which she agreedCooling system was flushed, after driving the vehicle and constant fluctuation of the heat temp a cotest was done outside in fresh airThe vehicle failed the cotest times out of indicating a failing head gasketThese findings along with the charged cooling system? (normally caused by combustion byproduct entering the cooling system) were given to the customer who requested a chemical gasket sealer to hopefully "get her to warmer weather"After treatment the heat was functional but still not as warm as it should beAsked customer to return the following? Monday? to verify it's condition, customer did not show but had her mother call and demand a refund, again customer was asked to return to verify condition of cooling systemCustomer returns vehicle and it fails cotest more times ( couldn't get any more tests done due to the coolant surging from the system) heater core was flushed again more times in a hour period free of charge, all of the work done on it this visit was FREE OF CHARGECore had equal flow with no restriction and a temp difference of degrees going in to coming out at 3k rpm and up but under 3k rpm the flow is not consistent and the heat does not feel hot.? After consulting with Chrysler she was advised to take it to them because they advised a possible case for warrantied repair.? currently considering legal action for the slander and defamation present in her public social media post (facebook) one image out of available attached from this post claiming we RAPED herif you review her facebook post there are multiple accusations based only on someone elses opinionyou will also see that noelle shared only the invoices where she was charged and omitted the hours of labor performed free of charge only to verify the problem so she can take proper action.?
