*** did come to our salon, when she got here we let her pick out her colors, spend mins with her in front of color charts she picked out RRv and a dk purplenot talk of orange***t gave her what she asked for she seemed pleased said thought maybe a little more purple, ***te
told her she would put more purple in free, she booked the the next daywhen *** showed up she changed her mind totally and wanted blue and purple or purple and green , we told her purple was free if she wanted to add another color it would cost her dollar as for this was not asked for when she first came inshe didn't like that and said .......she was the customer and if she changed her mind we should not charge her and we should do everything to please her, I as the owner tried to explain to her the colors she picked out was now not what she is asking forshe started getting loud and demanding her money back , I said we gave you what you came her for and if you want something totally different than it will cost, but we would be glad to add more purple for free, then she said I will not pay for more when you as a salon should work on my hair till I am happy even if I change my mindi told her no .....we will but purple in freeshe started then bashing the salon throwing a fit say she would go else where grabbed her purse and got up to walk out, I took the cape of her and she left., then kept calling the salon harassing us till I told her to stop let me add while she was getting her hair done she was telling us about getting kicked out of Roots salon, and Mr johns school of beautyshe goes around gets her Hair done and then demands money back As for the Hair nest we put the colors in that she asked for offer to put more of color in that she wanted more ofwe did what service she asked for, Paula Younger Hair Nest Owner
