Review: RE: To fix something that should have been addressed possibly 10/30/13. I called Mr. Tire on May 30, 2014 and asked to speak to [redacted] the manager, to fix my air condition belt which has been replaced two times previously, at which time I was told that he was no longer with the company. The person that answered the phone said he was [redacted] and that he was the assistant manager, I explained that my AC belt was missing from my car and that [redacted] had repaired earlier. [redacted] told me to bring my car to the shop so that they could take a look at it. I informed him that I was not in the area and that I lived 3 - 4 hour away; he then asked me if there was a Mr. Tire or [redacted] muffler in the area. I told him that there was a shop nearby of my home. He advised me to take the car to the shop there, speak to the manager and that he would fax the paper work to the manager. I went to the shop spoke to Wesley Alls store manager and told him that the manager at Mr. Tire was going to send paper work so that my car could be repaired for a missing AC belt and this would be the third time getting it repaired. After getting the fax the manager stated that this belt was no longer under warranty. I explained that this was the third time that the belt has disappeared from my car and that I had paid for a service. Store manager Alls then called the assistant manager at the [redacted] location, [redacted], as he spoke he walked out of the store into the bay and then returned and said let's take a look at your car to see if we need to repair your car or if we can help you at all. We went to my car, he got down on the ground and said that my compressor was frozen, never addressing the belt. I informed him that I was not going to pay any more money and that I had paid for a service that I have not gotten. I feel like I have gotten ripped off and should be given my money back or my car repaired, I have had to address this same issue of missing Air condition belt three times and now I am told my compressor is frozen.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded for this service, who is to say that the part was not broken from the onset of the repair?
