Did not receive this compliant on the 4th this is the first time that I have seen this messagelooks like we did not put run flats on the [redacted] , we just replaced the tires with the same tires that we took off the [redacted] after looking up what the manufacturer suggests we should have put the run flats onThere is on price difference between the run flats and the tires we put onwe will be glad to install the run flats at no charge to Mrsprice

I was able to talk to Mrs [redacted] yesterday on the phone where we agree that she was going to talk to her husband and call me backAt this point she has not returned my call we are willing to sell the blue [redacted] at the quote that we gave her on SaturdayAlso I apologized to her for the way she said she was treated in the dealershipWe don't condone that type of behavior under any circumstances and this is not the way we conduct businessSince our conversation I have addressed this with the sales manager in question, and all other managers at the storeAlso I would like to send Mrs [redacted] and her husband our sincere apologies and if they should need anything from us to please contact methanks

We met with the upper management at Haley on 9/29/and they re-did the paperwork at the correct amount The new contract has to be sent to Toyota and should take about a week as indicated by them After that final step is completed and the original contract is cancelled and paid in full then the whole transaction will be complete

we talked to Mrs*** today and this matter will be taken care of when she returns from her tripSorry for any inconvenience this might have caused Mrs*** thanks for bringing it to my attention and have reviewed it our management staff

There were three inquiries made on the *** creditthe first one was made by them contacting Toyota and submitting a credit application on line at the natoinal level who made a inquire on their ceditThen the application was forwarded to us where contact was made on line with the
customerAfter many emails that we have on file, the customer switched vehicles and wanted us to submit a month 36k mile lease back to ToyotaThis is when we pulled the second inquire, before we sent it to Toyota or any financial institution this is our processThe third inquire came when we sent the application for approval at Toyota financial at our local regional level here in richmondWhich is totally diffrent place where they had reached out to on line with ToyotaUnfortunately we can not resolve their request because the only company that can remove inquiries is the credit reporting agenciesWe would love to help the *** but we are not able toThe reason for this is we would have to write a letter to Equifax stating that we submitted their application in error, which is not trueHere at Haley Toyota we take our customer very seriously and try to do our very best for all customersIn this case when we were asked to secure a lease for the *** we did so with the fewest amout of inquires as possible which is twoThe other inquiry came from the contact that was made form them and Toyota

The single and only time our credit was authorized to run was when we filled out the credit application online with Toyota Any further inquiries were made without our permission and in error At no point was it presented to us that multiple credit inquires would be made and this is proven by their own statements in response to this complaintAgain, AT NO POINT WERE WE TOLD about further inquiriesRunning credit without express permission is a federal crime and should be taken seriously by Haley Toyota Further actions will be taken until resolvedThe credit reporting agencies will not remove unless the company who requested it removes them.

We have resolved this mater with the customerwe checked and there was a chip in the windshield, the crack must have run with the change of temperature of bringing it into the shop and back outthe chip was there when the car was dropped off to usits our fault for not pointing it out to
the customer, so we have made out a check to reimburse him thanks

medical condtions.  We advised at that time we could not take the vehicle back because the vehicle had been titled, all taxes paid and was now a used vehicle. She was advised to contact [redacted].  Mrs. [redacted] left the keys to the vehicle at the dealership and said she could not keep the vehicle .  We did contact [redacted] and advised that the customer had left the vehicle here.  Mrs. [redacted] did contact us again about her [redacted] which was left in the vehicle which we located in the car and returned to her.  The vehicle remained on our lot until [redacted] came to pick the vehicle up.  Haley at no time contacted the customer regarding her credit or credit standing.  Any contact regarding the vehicle and or credit and credit standing would have been with the lender, in this instance [redacted]   We are unfortunately unable to make adjustments or changes to creditreporting, as we are not the lender.

to Mrs. [redacted] complaint the letter she sent was to Toyota headquarters in [redacted], Texas that we were CC on.there is a process that she needs to go through with Toyota. first thing that needs to be done is contact Toyota hot line at 1-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and open a case with Toyota. assist her with this if she wants us to. I will have Doug P[redacted] our service manager reach out to Mrs. [redacted] for assistance. this is a manufacture issue with Toyota, again we will be glad to assist her with her problem but can not make any promises on what they might do.

That is an outright lie. Outside temp that day was around 50 degrees. There was no chip in the windshield out time of drop off. Also the report status exhaust system is badly rusted and there are fluid leaks on the vehicle. I took vehicle to the muffler shop and they said there are no issues w/ the exhaust. Also they added dye to fluids to set if they are leaking & were found. I did received a check from Haley but not until I was treated extremely rudely & had to file a dispute w/ my credit card company to send a refund & also had to complain to the Revdex.com before a return call was made to me to discuss the matter.
