Review: [redacted] agreed to repair by welding a twin headboard for $20.00. He later called and said he couldn't repair it by welding that he would have to use rivets to make the repair for a total charge of $57.00. When the headboard was picked up, it was repaired by welding he had not had to use rivets, but he stated that the cost was $57.00, when reminded that the original quote was for $20.00 for welding that the $57.00 quote was with rivets, he denied the original quote and stated that the quote he gave was for $57.00 period. The headboard a biege powder coated color was filthy, with large amounts of black grease at the point of repair and black grease finger and hand prints where it was handled.Desired Settlement: Refund of the additional monies,$37.00.
