As I indicated in the original complaint, I have no interest in having the company do the work at this point. They indicated they got the new pane 3 weeks ago? Another example of getting no communications from them at all, unless I asked for an update, or in this case, filed a complaint. I would like to get two estimates from two other companies for the cost to repair the window, and have Service Master pay the lowest amount to me in the form of a refund so that I can hire a company to finally repair my window.
