Review: Sometime around 3/19/2016 I placed a reservation for the banquet facility on 5/14/2016 and sent a check for $100 to hold the reservation which was cashed on 3/28/2016. When it was determined on 4/11/2016 that I no longer required the reservation I immediately notified the establishment of my desire to cancel the reservation. When I requested my deposit be converted to a credit for dinner reservations on the same day I was very rudely notified that the establishment could have rented that room several times since I made the reservation and that there would be no refund or credit.Desired Settlement: Provide a full refund due to providing a timely notification of cancellation.
