Review: I dropped off three pairs of shoes to be repaired over six weeks ago. I have gone by the store on numerous occasions within the last 4 weeks and each time it has been locked (during business hours). I have tried to call but the number is disconnected. I paid half of the cost of repair up front, and am now out not only that money, but missing three pairs of shoes that I cannot afford to replace. Desired Settlement: Most importantly, I want my shoes back. I don't particularly care about anything else at this point.

Review: I dropped off my boss's suitcase and my purse over two weeks ago for repair. He called about a week later saying my boss's suitcase was complete, and when I asked about my purse, he said he still needed to "fabricate a part" and that it should be done that afternoon. I did not hear back and called again two days later and no answer. I have dropped by several times since, and the store is locked up. I have called several times everyday. And now today the phone line has been disconnected. I paid $40 for each service up front. Now we are out the $40 for each of our repairs, and both a suitcase and my purse are still in the store (presumably). Additionally, there is something irreplaceable that I left in the purse that I MUST have back. I need to get back our bags, fixed or not. I am willing to "eat" the money we spent to fix them, if I could just have my bags back. This is completely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: Most importantly, I would like the bags back, repaired or not. I also think a refund is fair based on the very poor service we have received.

Review: The business has had my shoes since July. He only accepted cash so I brought that payment and he has yet have my shoes since. Upon calling to check on the status The business number given was a cellular phone with no mailbox that goes straight to voicemail. I returned to the cobbler during a business day the second week in October. He assured me since I paid in full he would have my shoes back to me by the end of the week.I have yet to hear from him although he promised to call, the phone still go straight to voicemail, and when I go to the establishment during the hours of operation and is locked and no one is there. He has 10 pairs of shoes that amount to roughly the cost of $4000.Desired Settlement: I would like the shoes fixed and repaired by another cobbler and the expense covered by Edwards Shoe Repair, along with the reimbursement for his services that were not rendered of $180.45 for the inconvenience
