Review: Edwards and Sons came out and gave my mother a quote to trim back two trees. She excepted the qoute of $956.00 and made arrangements with [redacted] to have this done.On 9/9/15 Edwards and Sons arrived to do the job they agreed to, however they raised their price to $1500.00 after accepting the job weeks before.[redacted] agreed to my brother after my brother said they weren't doing the job to knock the price down to $1200 as long he got $150 cash and a check for balance.When my mother paid them they refused her check and demanded the entire balance of $1200.00. [redacted] walked away with a check for $1200 plus the cash.Desired Settlement: I would like the original quote to be honored

Review: We ordered cord of oak firewood from this company. After delivery we discovered (1) the load was short approximately 1/4 of a cord; and (2) some of the wood was only chunks and pieces not full logs. We contacted them on numerous occasions and were assured this would be rectificed. To date nothing has been done to correct this.Desired Settlement: A refund for the undelivered amount of wood.
