that LLGP would seek recovery of its attorney fees from the manufacturer inclusive as part of any settlement offers.  Mr. [redacted] agreed and retained LLGP and LLGP actively worked on his claim and incurred costs and attorney fees in doing so.   LLGP provided months of extensive legal services to Mr. [redacted] and as a result of LLGP's efforts, the manufacturer extended a settlement offer that included LLGP's attorney fees. LLGP thoroughly explained the settlement offer made by the manufacturer, and the amount that was included in the offer for LLGP's attorney fees and that the manufacturers offer clearly stated that the offer included payment of LLGP's attorney fees.  Mr. [redacted] fully understood that all offers from the manufacturer included LLGP's attorney fess and that LLGP was not taking any percentage of his settlement amount.  With the consent and authorization of Mr. [redacted], LLGP negotiated with the manufacturer and finally received a “final offer”  to resolve the claim.  LLGP informed Mr. [redacted] of the offer and he was fully aware of the amount LLGP was being paid by the manufacturer for attorney fees. There is no dispute that the manufacturers offer clearly stated that it included LLGP's attorney fees.  Mr. [redacted] was provided the offer letter that clearly stated that the offer included LLGP's attorney fees and was advised of its contents along with the amount he would be receiving as a result of the settlement, if he were to choose to accept it. Mr. [redacted] was told that it was completely his decision whether or not he wanted to accept the final offer or reject it and pursue a lawsuit.  After being fully informed of each and every detail of his settlement offer, Mr. [redacted] instructed LLGP to accept the settlement offer. Mr. [redacted] voluntarily accepted the settlement offer and signed the settlement agreement confirming his acceptance of the settlement offer December 2, 2016.   After receiving the settlement funds from said manufacturer, LLGP promptly handled and distributed such funds to Mr. [redacted] less than three weeks following the signed settlement paperwork from Mr. [redacted]. During the course of LLGP’s representation of Mr. [redacted], LLGP regularly communicated with Mr. [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] was never denied communication with an attorney or claims manager.   Regards,Adam T.
