David is committed to find new customers by being apart of a *** groupI can also tell you David goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happyI needed business cards for a new employee and he had them done the next day with after I provided the logo'sThank you, David!

Everything was great until I dealt with the ownerAs a business owner myself I would recommend doing some costumer service training or at least watching videos onlineThere was a mistake with my order and her workers were eager to fix the issue, I even paid for the job even though it wasn't ok with the promise it was going to be reprinted by the end of the same dayAs soon as the owner found out she went crazyI didnt get my product reprinted, I didnt get a refund, and this lady doesnt even let you talkThe rudest person I've met, I very much regret finding them online

Review: On Monday 11/**/13 our 2003 Mack truck VIN#[redacted] had a loud noise in engine. We brought it for the repair to Edwin Diesel Repair, Inc. at [redacted]. At the suggestion of the mechanics at the above mentioned shop, we bought cylinder, cylinder head and gasket at [redacted] Truck Sales at the cost of $2,224.21 This includes a charge of $750 in case the cylinder could not be returned. In fact the part was not repairable therefore not accepted by [redacted]Truck Sales. We were told that the truck was ready for a pick up the next day Tuesday afternoon, November **, 2013.On Wednesday morning 11/5 the truck was on the way to Manhattan. When the driver got to E93 Street he called immediately telling us that the same thing is happening with the engine and that the truck was losing power. The driver also called the mechanic at Edwin Diesel. The mechanic who is also the owner agreed to cover the cost of towing to their shop if the truck is not drivable. After the driver left the job site, within a few blocks the truck stopped and it wouldnt start. We called for the towing, and paid $373.00 for which we were not reimbursed until this date.Edwin Diesel admitted that they incorrectly put the parts together which caused even more damage to the engine. Edwin Diesel ordered the same and additional parts from [redacted]on 11/**/13 at their own cost.Once again we were told that the truck is ready for a pick up on morning of November [redacted]. After the driver left [redacted]shop he found that the heat is not working and the fan was on all the time. The driver fixed the problem himself. For unknown reason Edwin Diesel refuses to provide the invoice for all the above. The truck was working until December *, when black smoke started coming out and again the truck was losing power. Once again we contacted Edwin Diesel reporting the problem but they did not want to get involved. Since then they wont even answer the phones. We had two mechanics check out the truck, and they both found that the repair shop (Edwin Diesel) that performed the initial repairs did not correctly adjust the valve on the engine which caused the piston to break. The engine was not repairable therefore had to be replaced. The cost of the engine was $3,810.00 plus the labor provided by HDL Truck Repair Inc. of $5,000.00 for the total repair of $8,810.00. HDL Truck Repair also stated that the transmission which was also repaired by Edwin Diesel Repair Inc. in September 2013 is not correctly put together and may cause additional damage. On November [redacted], we also had our other truck 1996 Volvo brought to Edwin Diesel to replace the winch cable. They bought a new one and replaced it but before the driver left, he noticed that the cable was bent. He brought it to the attention of the mechanic he refused to do anything about it. The driver took a picture of the cable and left the shop. As a result, the cable broke on November [redacted]. We had it replaced at Always Done Right at the cost of $650.00As a result of the negligence of Edwin Diesel Repair, Inc., we not only lost business due to the truck not being inoperable but also incurred costs totaling $12,057.21.Desired Settlement: We feel it is only fair if Edwin Diesel Repair, Inc. reimburses Quick Containers, Inc. for the loss in the amount of $12,057.21 within 2 weeks of the date of this letter.
