Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business ignored the main substance of the complaint, that they falsely advertise one price and disguise their real prices by charging a $per ticket "fee" while providing nothing of comparable value in return for that additional unwarranted price hike Sincerely, Peter [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: This is the same response given to the numerous people who have had complaints such as mine It is a clicheYou just reworded to suit my circumstances I was unknowingly redirected to your site from the venue's site You are aware this happens because of the trail of complaints about this exact same thing I was ordering two tickets before the tickets went on sale to the public because I was notified as a fan of the performer Why would I order tickets from a "business" that buys the tickets from somewhere else and resales with extravagant fees when there was a plethora of tickets available??? I thought I was ordering from the venue - and you know that many customers think that because of the complaints I would NEVER, EVER order tickets for almost a thousand dollars for any performer!!!! I tried to contact you within minutes but was unable to talk to a real person I am sure that not being able to talk to a real person upon calling your number is intentional because of your dubious business It is so obvious that I made a mistake You are extremely unforgiving and have no ethics You have duped many people out of their hard earned money and keep getting away with it! Sincerely, [redacted] Saylor

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I can tell by this form response that this complaint happens frequently, and the seller has done everything they can to make a sale without any accountability to the buyer I see much of what the response says is true, but still believe that using the venue name in the ticketoffice link is unethical, and I don't believe there was any note about 'obstructed view' until the sale was final, despite the sellers claim to the contrary Sincerely, Bryan [redacted]
