I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I sincerely do appreciate the great services you provideI thought about retracting the complaint anywayIt's a valid complaint and that company's support is laughable but in the end, the product I want I will still get; the information in the coursesIf I don't get their certifications even though I paid for them, I can live with thatHow much is a cert from technically, able, yet hardly competent organizationI credit them for the courses they were able to procure, and that is worth something. Thanks again

We value your feedback and apologize for any confusion and inconvenience. The Project Management course you enrolled in does not offer credit through an edX partnership. Additionally, edX does not offer transcripts or credit transcripts, as we are not an accredited higher education institution. Learners who enroll in the verified track, such as yourself, receive verified certificates to show that they have successfully completed the coursework. Our student support service responded to your request and regenerated your verified certificate.Additionally, learners who enroll in the verified certificate track, have until 14 days after their payment or 14 days after the course starts to request a refund. Unfortunately, your request was submitted after these timeframes, and after these dates, we can no longer provide a refund.You may want to contact your university to see if they will accept the verified certificate as proof of your course completion. It is then up to the university or college to determine whether they will award credit for your edX coursework. EdX does not provide credit for its courses.We hope this helps clarify your concerns.
